I normally don't write reviews but I had to do it for this product and the amazing customer service I received. It's almost impossible to find good white markers so I was really excited to order these based on the excellent reviews. When I received them, I was really disappointed to find that the markers were faulty and didn't work. A person from the company (not sure if it was the owner) had emailed me asking how I liked the product and to contact them if I had any problems. Well, I emailed him back and explained the problem. He immediately sent me a replacement set of markers which work really great. They are by far the best white markers I have seen and are perfect for my black dry erase board. But I was even more impressed with the superb level of customer service I received from them by first emailing to see how the product was and then by sending me replacement ones immediately when I had a problem. This is the kind of company you want to give business to. You have a customer for life as long as you keep making these markers please!

Perfect for making signs!
I purchased these chalk markers to make wedding table signs and they worked perfectly! I was worried about the thickness of the marker tip, but it were a great size for my faux-calligraphy. They are decently opaque with one coat, but look better if you go over your letters twice - if you look at my photo the word "Vanilla" in the front center stands out much more than the "Iced Tea" behind it because I went over the letters twice. These markers ARE washable, as long as you are writing on a real chalk surface (non porous). I used a damp cloth to erase at first which results in a little bit of chalk residue, but if you want every little bit of chalk removed, use a Mr. Clean magic eraser.

Excellent. Totally worth it. Used for signs at my evening rustic wedding (see picture for an example), which were painted with chalkboard paint. As luck would have it, it rained all day during the wedding. Direct exposure to light rain caused running after about 15 minutes. The signs that were in the venue, which were exposed to the humid air but no direct rain, did not run or smear at all.
The pack came with four markers, but I only used two of them for about 10 signs including wording and embellishments. The tip point did dull a bit after about 5 or 6 signs (I also unknowingly use a fair amount of force when I write, if you can avoid doing that I expect the point would last a whole lot longer).

This Chalktastic is fantastic! My chalkboard surface is older so I hoped it wouldn’t be difficult to remove. It’s a cinch! In fact, I fixed a mistake with a lil spit polish. The marker is a easy-to-see bright white and applies evenly. Good product!

My problem was not realizing that MY chalkboard is porous and the markers would only come off with Mr Clean pad, which left smudge marks and didn't totally clean the words off. My fault and please definitely TEST your board before using! Hopefully I can seal the board and still be able to use the markers because they are much nicer than traditional chalk. Cleaned easily off of a drinking glass and plastic tubs.
